One close, every client, the same standard.
Each client or entity runs the same checks and reads the same way, whoever on the team prepared it.
Does every client get the same checks?
Yes. Every file is tied to its own totals the same way, and strict mode holds a broken import back before anyone reads it.
What moved first?
The largest movement opens the pack, with its cause written down, so a reviewer starts where the month changed.
Who owns the follow-up?
Every finding gets an owner and a due date, and stays on next month's pack until it is closed.
What does it cost the team?
Practice covers 10 clients or entities and 3 seats, with a review step. Firm covers 25 and 10.
Full disclosure
Practice includes team roles, a review step, budget against actual and strict mode for 10 clients or entities. Multi-entity consolidation is a Firm feature in beta, and board-deck export is not built yet. Forecraft reads the books you give it; it does not audit, file tax or replace the sign-off of the person responsible.
Asked before
We are an in-house team, not a firm. Does it fit?
Yes. Each entity is a workspace, and the pack is written for leadership instead of a client.
Can a junior prepare and a manager sign?
Yes. The pack stays a draft until someone on your team signs it, and Forecraft never sends it on its own.
Do QuickBooks and Xero connect?
Both are in beta on paid plans. Uploading each client's CSV or XLSX is the dependable path.
What happens at the seat limit?
Practice has 3 seats and Firm has 10. An invite past the limit is refused until you upgrade.
