Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across forecraft.tech and the Forecraft app. We consider Forecraft partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and the known gaps are listed below.
What we do
- Automated accessibility checks (axe, WCAG 2.1 A and AA, including color contrast) run against our key pages, sign-in and sign-up on every code change.
- Every page has a main landmark and a logical heading structure.
- Every form field has a label, and errors are announced in text, not by color alone.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages respect your browser’s zoom and text-size settings.
Known limitations
- Charts. Variance and trend charts are visual. The same numbers are always shown in a table next to or below each chart, which screen readers can read.
- Exported PDFs and print packs. Management packs you export are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. The same content is available in the app and as a shareable web link.
- Third-party screens. Payment (Stripe) and QuickBooks/Xero sign-in screens are run by those companies and follow their accessibility practices.
Tell us about a problem
If something in Forecraft is hard or impossible to use with the tools you rely on, email accessibility@forecraft.tech. Tell us the page and what happened. We’ll reply within 2 business days, and if we can’t fix it quickly we’ll get you the information or result another way.
How this statement was prepared
