Forecraft is a monthly close workflow platform for fractional CFOs and CPA advisory teams. It turns a CSV upload or QuickBooks/Xero pull into a complete branded management pack: variance analysis, drafted commentary, and decision memos with named owners, due dates, and next steps, in a few guided steps.
Forecraft is designed as the workflow layer between accounting software and client pack delivery. Fractional CFOs use it alongside Fathom, Syft and QuickBooks. It covers the step from “I can see what changed” to “I know what to do next and who owns it.”
